I'm blogging!!

Carrie was right! She said that it's a whole lot easier to blog once you have kids, and everyday I keep thinking to myself that I need to blog because I have so much to blog about now! It's probably not very interesting to some, but I'm sure loving being a Mom to the little Jimmer! Hmm... I'm not sure how to post pictures, yet, but I'll have Kasey show me this weekend.

It sure is crazy how fast life has changed having the little tyke with us. All I think about, dream about, and do is completely revolved around the Jimmer. My biggest luxury is sleep, and I wait for the weekends so I can get a little more of it. For entertainment Kasey will do funny things with Jimmer and we'll laugh at how cute/funny he is. We could seriously just stare at him for HOURS... and we do. Haha.

Kasey and I have crazy nights now and it sort of just blurs together. We're not sure what's real and what isn't. We CONSTANTLY freak each other out with things we say to each other. It always includes the following: Jimmer is missing, Jimmer is being crushed, Jimmer needs to be fed when he really doesn't, Jimmer is crying when he really isn't. I'm glad to hear that other people have similar stories and that we're not completely insane. :)

Gosh, I sure love him. He's started smiling just a couple of times when Kasey and I look at him. It is awesome! I can't wait for him to start laughing and smiling all the time, but at the same time I'm getting so sad thinking about how fast he's changing! I always want him to be the cute little newborn that he is! He's growing up too fast! He's already rolled over 5 times! (Both from his front to his back and vice versa!) He has got tons of energy!

Sorry for the boring blog! I'll make sure to post pictures next time!

  3. Awww! I love it. My baby hasn't rolled over once yet, and he's more than 6 months old! Good for Jimmer!
